the staff were all incredibly helpful, particularly Florian who went out of his way to assist with our requests, and we loved that we could easily walk to the Residenz and the beautiful Court Gardens nearby.

Great location close to the river and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had an excellent variety of choices, including fresh bread and delicious coffee. The staff were friendly and attentive, quick to address requests. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective. it struggled to cool the entire room adequately. We had noise disturbances from the street traffic, which made it hard to sleep at times. Overall, I'd recommend for the great value and cozy atmosphere but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Noise disturbances from street traffic could ruin your sleep!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity made it frustrating to get work done!!! Also, the lack of air conditioning can be quite uncomfortable during warmer months!!!
